How to make a payment

• Payments are accepted via PayPal and BDO fund transfer. Details are available upon checking-out from the Shop.

Product availability

• ScholastiFAN : We do our best to keep this product in stock for your purchase at any time.
• Bayongciaga® x Kulasa bag : This product is custom-made and will require 30 to 45 days production time from date of order payment. This bag is only available from our shop, the only authorized seller of this exclusive bag.

Shipping information

• Once your order and payment are confirmed, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
• Shipping will be arranged and paid for by you, the buyer.
• Shipping /delivery fees and time will depend on the courier you choose.
• Domestic Shipping:
  Pick-up of items is in Marikina City.  We can assist you in choosing couriers and assessing fees for shipping within Metro Manila and within the Philippines.
• International Shipping:
  Our items are now available in the USA and international shipping fee has already been added to the product prices in our shop. Shipping within the US will come from San Jose, California. Detailed shipping instructions will be sent once order is confirmed.  For orders outside the Philippines and USA, kindly send us a message and we would be happy to coordinate shipping with you.
• ArtKlas97Ltd can consolidate your ScholastiFAN/s and Bayongciaga® x Kulasa bag/s when ordered at the same time so you can get all items in one package. Kindly send an email to admin@ArtKlas97.com to arrange your 2-product parcel.  This service is applicable only for ArtKlas97Ltd items.

Returns and Exchange

• Because this is a fundraising initiative, all sales are final. Please be assured that all products are made of quality materials and are inspected to meet standards prior to shipping.
